We’ve been long time admirers of Timorous Beasties, founded in Glasgow, Scotland in 1990 by textile designers, Alistair Mcauley and Paul Simmons. Known for their provocative and surreal surface designs, the studio launched a new collection of wallcoverings and wallpanels at the London Design Festival running now through September 25th. Included in the line up is the Kaleido Block pattern shown above. The intricate pattern layers marbling techniques with delicate scrollwork for a sophisticated, psychedelic feel. We love many of their earlier creations as well, such as the Kaleido Splatt and Graffiti, which offer modern, artistic interpretations for the interiors market. If you’re in need of some eye candy, it is definitely worth a visit to their site.
