Large, wall mounted maps were always traditionally a sign of wealth – when global travel was a novelty as well as a luxury. Nowadays, maps have moved on from the usual country or road variety to quirky, hand printed pieces of art. Bold colours and graphic imagery bring cities alive when placed in a monochrome frame.
