Perhaps it’s something to do with the amount of smoked paprika I’ve been using when cooking lately, but this rich rusty color seems to be prevalent everywhere I look. Paprika makes a great update to the bright ruby reds of last season, and brings a warmth to the cool washed out blues we’ll be seeing come summer.
