The ombré has been a thing for a few years now…so passé. But there is a new and different kind of fade that has been exciting to watch evolve over the past few seasons. Often the fade is a textile play, fading from a knit to a woven, a solid to a print, or a smooth surface to a texture. A designer from the Parsons MFA show for spring 15 RTW did some amazing textile transitions like the one shown here.
