If you’re looking to try a mushroom latte or get a vitamin boost in juice form, then look no further than Holiday in Portland, Oregon. This plant based restaurant is the latest venture of Duane Sorenson, the founder of Stumptown Coffee. We were asked to brighten up the street front by creating a continuous mural of botanical elements across the facade. Large banana leaves tower above monstera plants while bees buzz between hidden ingredients taken from the menu such as mushrooms, nasturtium flowers, and avocados. We worked with Signworks who then translated our design by hand onto the windows.
