My new subscription to British Vogue has been my most recent guilty pleasure. This month I was tickled pink to see so much print and texture on fabrics throughout the entire magazine from the most luxurious of S/S 12 collections. Lush embroidery, macrame lace, and bold floral prints were offered in girly 50s and 60s-inspired silhouettes. Cropped-jacket skirt suits and sunsuits were just a few looks to see such adornment. This issue has left me waiting expectantly for the mailman to bring me next month’s package stamped “royal mail.”
