Shadow and light were predominant themes on the runway for Anrealage. In terms of print, this was probably the most innovative of the Fall 15 shows, with print placements that seemed to appear as if lit by a spotlight into a dark space. The rest of the outfit was the shadow, dark, heavy and even ugly. I like the metaphor here. As Carl Jung said, “To confront a person with their own shadow is to show them their own light.”
