As we posted earlier, patchwork techniques from long ago are making their way onto the runway. With the aptly timed quilt and patchwork exhibit opening at the Victoria & Albert Museum on March 20th, this trend shows no signs of stopping. The exhibition will showcase a range of British creations from the 1700s to modern day, including intricate bed hangings from the 18th century to the reinvented quilt by current artists such as Tracy Emin.
