If you haven’t seen the collaboration yet between British artist, Daniel Silver, and Swedish label, Acne, check it out! The patterns are an eclectic mix of African elements pairing leopard with tribal techniques for a mash up of style. Silver channels his heritage by combining western cultural references from his childhood in Israel with his parents former life in Zimbabwe and Eastern Europe. In this collection, as well as in his sculptural work, the influence of primitive African art makes for an intriguing end result.
