As we make our way around the world, we land next in Jamaica for the new Babylon collection by up-and-coming designers, Pepper & Pistol. The lovely New York based German-duo Katrin and Silvia, combine their fashion and graphics backgrounds to create a line that’s full of v isual treats. For this collection, Katrin’s punchy graphics draw inspiration from Rastafarian culture and tropical 50’s style. Mixed with Silvia’s clever silhouettes, the duet creates a refreshing cocktail of designs sure to be seen poolside in 2009. – Jessie
