Music + Patterns
Inspiration
Did anyone else catch the BBC documentary on Brian Eno this Friday? The special included interviews with the music mastermind himself, as well as members of Roxy Music. For his own work, Eno applies a scientific approach, weaving together sounds to create a patterned aural landscape. Shown here are a few visual representations of Eno’s work taken from his 1992 release, Ali Click. Some of the patterns are very reminiscent of Pendleton wool blankets and coats. Watch the full music video here.
