Happy Halloween! In honor of dressing up, we’re featuring the amazing illustrations and paintings of UK illustrator, Camilla Perkins. Her heavily patterned work takes inspiration from “encountered oddities” in all forms. We especially like her series titled, Sapeurs, which looks at the tastemakers of African subcultures. The elegant style of the Sapeur is captured through bold color and print combinations, creating an energy induced experience for the viewer.
