The Night | Nick Liefhebber

We’re mesmerized by the vibrant, pattern filled illustrations of Dutch designer, Nick Liefhebber. Nick is inspired by patterns and rhythms and “uses the associative powers of shape and material to communicate at an intuitive level.” Using collage and paper cut techniques, Nick imagines worlds of movement and detail mixing hand drawn illustrations with digital effects. The layering of patterns takes the viewer on a journey into the subconscious. His designs can be found on a range of surfaces from record sleeves to apparel, magazines to gallery walls.
